At Dremel, we stand behind the quality of our high-performance tools and accessories. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your Dremel account or visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the tool or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, parts, and promotional items are included.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
